Working with families, we realised that it is increasingly difficult to keep younger children at the table, waiting for all the dishes to come out of the kitchen, so since 2020 we have introduced this new arrangement.

Dinner always takes place in our restaurant with lots of delicious specialities from Abruzzo. Cold cuts, pecorino cheese from Abruzzo, pallotte cace and ove, chitarrina with pallottine, lamb alla pecorara and traditional desserts are just a small sample of what awaits you at dinner on Mondays.
Popular songs and dances will accompany the evening. After dinner we all move to the garden to enjoy the arrosticino feast with and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
